Niloufer Lam has over 20 years’ experience in the practice areas of corporate and commercial transactions, private equity, corporate finance, funds, infrastructure projects, project finance, securities, capital markets, insolvency, foreign direct investments. Niloufer has previously worked in London, Singapore and Hong Kong for 13 years with organisations such as the magic circle law firm Linklaters and Morgan Stanley, London and India. She was previously a partner at Cyril Amarchand (India) for 7 years.
